Unsere Aufgaben
Organisations- bzw. Koordinationsstelle für den deutschsprachigen Raum und unseren anderen Sektionen. Bestehend aus drei Delegierten, die immer auf dem Herbsttreffen vorgeschlagen und im Mitgliederreferendum für ein Jahr gewählt werden. Antreten dürfen alle Mitglieder in good-standing (=die ihre Mitgliedsbeiträge gezahlt haben). Bei Übergabe des Mandats weisen die „alten“ Sekretär*innen die neugewählten in die Aufgaben ein, um eine reibungslose Übergabe zu gewährleisten und ihr Wissen und ihre Fähigkeiten weiterzugeben.
Die Delegierten kümmern sich vor allem um organisatorische Aufgaben, die sie frei untereinander aufteilen können:-> Betreuung der Ortsgruppen sowie von Einzel- und Neumitgliedern
-> gemeinsam mit den verantwortlichen Ortsgruppen Vor- und Nachbereitung der Glamroc-Treffen im Frühjahr und Herbst
-> Vor- und Nachbereitung des Referendums für alle Mitglieder im deutschsprachigen Raum
-> internationale Kontakte und Anfragen -

Unsere Aufgaben
Unterstützung, Auswertung und Aufbau von Organizing Aktivitäten im deutschsprachigen Raum. Die Abteilung gliedert sich in die Fachbereiche Organizing und Training. Koordiniert und Vernetzt die gleichnamigen Abteilungen in den USA, Kanada und Großbritannien. -
Fachbereich Organizing
Hält Kontakt zu aktiven Betriebsgruppen, unterstützt die Recherche und Durchführung von Aktionen (auch finanziell), wertet diese halbjährlich aus. Organisiert ebenfalls möglichst einmal im Jahr eine Organizing Konferenz, die allen aktiven bzw. interessierten Mitgliedern helfen soll, das eigene Organizing weiterzuentwickeln. Ortsgruppen und Betriebsaktive sind aufgefordert sich aktiv bei uns Hilfe zu holen und/oder von ihren Aktivitäten zu berichten.Der Fachbereich besteht aus 3 Mitgliedern, die auf ein Jahr aus der Mitgliedschaft gewählt werden.

Fachbereich Training
Entwickelt und führt Bildungsveranstaltungen für Mitglieder durch. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Vermittlung der Fähigkeiten für das Organizing, aber auch den Fähigkeiten für den Aufbau der IWW. Ortsgruppen und Mitglieder können sich bei uns melden und gemeinsam Veranstaltungen organsieren, oder erfahren wann die nächsten stattfinden. Die Koordination besteht aus zwei Mitgliedern, die offizielle TrainerInnen der IWW sind. Sie werden für ein Jahr gewählt.Am häufigsten werden die Veranstaltungen 101 Training – Das Komitee aufbauen und 102 Training – Das Komitee in Aktion zum Aufbau und der Stärkung von Betriebsgruppen angeboten.

Publikation des Mitgliederrundbriefes, inhaltliche Betreuung der Homepage, Social Media Accounts und Unterstützung der Betriebskomitees und Ortsgruppen in ihrer Öffentlichkeitsarbeit. Erarbeitung von neuen Materialien der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit. -
Übersetzungskomitee
Zusammengesetzt aus Mitgliedern die sich zutrauen Texte für die Mitglieder in verschiedene Sprachen zu übersetzen. -
Materialversand
Verschickung und Erstellung von Infomaterialien und Merchandising. -
Technik Komitee
Technische Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur von Emails über Intranet bis hin zur Homepage. -
